Cit'Hotel de La Vallée

This hotel ticks all the boxes- it’s comfortable, welcoming and just far away from the crowds near the cathedral. It’s only a short walk too and from this area and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The parking is easy- directly attached to the hotel by one or two steps to the foyer and it’s secure and totally undercover. The parking was well lit which meant we could rearrange our car in a secure area with room to move! Many motorbikes also there at the time . Good for that reason too. The room had everything we needed and there was a lift to the floor . It’s not the most modern of hotels but it was super clean and very very comfortable. I liked the separate shower and the toilet also had a door for privacy. The staff were awesome. I had read this in previous reviews and can now say the same. Every single staff member I spoke with was just lovely and so helpful. For that alone I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good , variety of the food . the owners are helpful , knowledgeable. Location is close to everything. It is possible to have a 3 course dinner . Hotel is located close to the market and walking distance from train station. very close to the hotel is an elevator can be use to go to sanctuary. I highly recommend the hotel .

Friendly family run hotel. Owners were very welcoming. Had a nice view of the Pyrenees from my room. Hotel was in a quiet area, slept well.

The location and breakfast were good. The area was very nice and enjoyed it very much even though we got a lot of rain.

Clean 3 star hotel. Good breakfast and nice simple dinner which is good value for money. The hosts were lovely very helpful. Good location near grotto and market as well. Good size family room with separate toilet and bathroom. Nice clean sheets and towels and room was cleaned daily. Air con, nice comfy beds and we had a small balcony which was nice.
